“与时俱进，努力提高专业素养”是阳光灿烂老师们一直以来的目标，教育是终身的事业，教育者是需要不断的学习、交流、创新的。

阳光灿烂每年都会定时安排老师的培训与交流，目的在于培养老师的专业度，更好的服务于家长和孩子。

在培训之前我们的学术主管Iris和Laura精心的去收集整理老师培训日的资料，做好的充分的准备。

阳光灿烂两个校区的老师于5月27日在瑞景校区集合参加培训。在活动中由Laura 和Iris 进行组织和培训，还有老师们的交流讨论环节，现场的氛围也是特别的好，老师们都用心的做好笔记，积极踊跃的参与讨论交流以及提问。

最后阳光灿烂在此感谢各位家长们的配合与支持，感谢Laura和Iris 精心的准备和培训，感谢Luna老师给大家带来的瑜伽体验环节，也感谢各位老师们的积极参与。

One of Sunshine Home’s goals is to present our teachers with various professional development opportunities. Education is a lifelong career, and educators need constant learning, communication and innovation.

Every year, Sunshine Home arranges trainings for our teachers. The purpose of these trainings is to help the teachers better serve our parents and children.

Prior to the training, our academic directors, Iris and Laura, put together a full day of professional development activities. These ranged from teambuilding activities to discussions about exciting lessons to use in the classroom. 

The teachers from both Seaside and Ruijing attended the training at Ruijing’s Campus on May 27th. Laura and Iris led many of the day’s activities. It was a great learning atmosphere, with teachers excitedly taking notes and actively participating in the discussions.

thank you goes out to our parents for their cooperation and support. We also would like to thank Laura and Iris for their efforts. And also thanks to Teacher Luna for her lead with all the teachers to do Yoga exercise in the morning, Thank you to all of the teachers for their active participation!
